Unless otherwise noted, all of the content and pictures featured on Shannon Fraser Designs is created by me. If there is something that catches your eye that you would like to share, please be sure to give me proper credit with a link back to my site. PRIVACY POLICY
I take privacy – my own and yours – very seriously. Here are a few ways you may have shared your contact information with me.
NEWSLETTER
When you sign up for my weekly newsletter, you share your first name as well as your email address with me. Those details are not shared with anyone other than Flodesk, my newsletter provider. You can refer to Flodesk’s privacy policy here. My newsletter is typically a behind-the-scenes update from my sewing studio, a link to the latest blog post, some featured designs available in my store, and information, including affiliate links, to products or services I find incredibly useful and think you will too. At the bottom of each of my newsletters is the option to opt out at any time.
WEBSITE
My site is run by WordPress, and they manage cookies, if any, that may be present on my site. Google Analytics also collects information on your IP address. This does not give me access to your personal contact details, but it does help me identify which content is of the most interest to you. Which, in turn, helps me create future content that would be of interest to you. You can refer to Google’s privacy policy here.
SHOPS
My patterns are sold through Etsy. If you make a purchase through that site, you may have created an account. I do not have access to those details; however, I will have access to the information you share through the purchase of one of my patterns, such as your name, phone number, mailing address, and email. I do not share any of these details with anyone. I keep them solely as a business record for proof of purchase. Please refer to Etsy’s privacy policies for details. I also do not have any control over any payment gateway used for such transactions. You will need to refer to their specific privacy policy and terms & conditions.
I also sell my patterns through Shopify. I will have access to the information you share through the purchase of one of my patterns, such as your name, phone number, mailing address, and email. I do not share any of those details with anyone. I keep them solely as a business record for proof of purchase. Please refer to Shopify’s Privacy Policy for their specific terms.
