Modern Sewciety Podcast Interviews Shannon Fraser Designs – Tune in for all things quilty!

Shannon Fraser Designs on the Modern Sewciety Podcast | Modern Quilting and Sewing Community | Interview | Behind the Scenes
I’ve shared my love for the Modern Sewciety podcast with you before (if you missed it, you can see my Top 5 Podcasts forQuilters & Creatives post here).
So, you can imagine how excited I was to be invited by the
lovely Stephanie Kendron to come on as a guest!!
It was a total break out in full on dance for joy moment!
And then, the nerves set in – ha!

I don’t know why I was worried. Chatting with Stephanie was
an amazing experience. We’ve stuck up an amazing online friendship and it was
wonderful to finally have the chance to actually chat! We both share a love for
connecting with creatives and our community and spent some time talking about
our mutual obsession with newsletters (if you haven’t already, you can sign up
for mine here).
What I love most about the Modern Sewciety podcast is that
it always feels like I’m tuning in and being part of a real chat.
I hope you feel the same way about this episode and that it
gives you the opportunity to learn a little more about me, where I come from as
a designer and that you leave feeling inspired to create your own beautiful
quilty creations.
You can tune in for the full episode here.
Happy listening!
xo

Shannon

Machine quilting at home is a skill that grows with every quilt you make. I’m sharing the lessons I learned while quilting my Cloud Surfing quilt on a domestic sewing machine, including planning quilting lines, working with a guide bar, basting, lighting and learning to embrace the imperfect parts along the way. #MachineQuilting #DomesticMachineQuilting #QuiltingTips #ModernQuilting #QuiltingAtHome

Machine quilting at home takes practice! See what I learned quilting my Cloud Surfing quilt, from planning and basting to building confidence one line at a time.
